Why I created Morning, Noon & Soul

When I was 23, I lost my mom to cancer at just 54. For years, she had put herself last — always prioritizing everyone else’s needs above her own. Just as she began to rediscover herself, her life was cut short.

Her story left me with a truth I could never unlearn; tomorrow is not promised. I swore I would live boldly and not wait until “someday.” 


But years later, as a mom myself, I caught myself in the same cycle: exhausted, overbooked, and disconnected from who I really was. I was so focused on building a good future that I wasn’t giving myself (or my son) the joy of today. That moment became my breaking point — and my breakthrough. 


I realized I didn’t need more to-do lists or willpower hacks. I needed a new way of living. One rooted in alignment, energy, and soul. A rhythm that anchored me in my truth, helped me align with what mattered most, and gave me the courage to take unapologetic action toward the life I wanted.
